THE12’s Puglia retreat is the illuminated lighthouse, guiding us out of the depths and into lived-in prosperity. Expect: movement, meditation, minimal workshops, maximal downtime, creative impulses, jumping in the sea, and jumping for joy.

(6) MONTHLY GROUP SESSIONS || THE PRACTICE SPACE
60 - 90 minutes of interactive and explorative co-creation — this is a space for practicing and integrating. Designed for you to hear and be heard. To see and be seen. In The Practice Space, we receive — we do not need to fix, manage, or do anything. Part playground, part trial and error, this is THE12’s signature support system in navigating the in-between spaces and places that deepen the connection to self-worth, creative dreams, and conscious evolution of self.
(6) MONTHLY INQUIRY SESSIONS
60 minutes dedicated to personal inquiry. We begin with a brief meditation and prayer, and dive into a selected prompt to journal and reflect. This is an hour of (virtual) silence and group accountability — it’s not a space to act quickly, but rather let whatever arises flow onto the page. If that means you drift off into space and write down one word, so be it. THE12 is about the journey of evolution, not the quick fix of one-time-writing.
Shifts will occur with the accountability to stay in the practice.

Welcome to THE12. I’m Mindy, your facilitator and guide…nice to meet you. I use ‘guide’ intentionally, as I will not coach or speak to giving advice, but gently nudge you along as you deepen a relationship to yourself, letting you receive your own answers, in your own time. For you, I am an unwavering space holder in the exploration of the human experience. Yours. Mine. Ours.
Blending a love for curated design with self-discovery and human nature, I’ve always been curious about how outer beauty and wealth can co-exist with a rich inner world. My experience comes from 10+ years within overlapping fashion, wellness, and creative fields, but mostly from life itself. I’ve been culturally around the world and around the block of the spiritual scene, studying and working amongst the creme da le creme of mindful leaders— but credentials don’t mean much these days…integration and personal experience carry much more weight. Anyone can go through training, but it’s what you do with it that matters.
Here’s what I know….all through lived-in experience.
I’ve lost every cent to my name and (finally) discovered what true prosperity means (it’s not money). I’ve mended a lifelong contentious relationship with my mother and realized that she was never my harshest critic, I was (unworthiness is generational). The moment I started telling the truth with my own voice, I became free (which is the most powerful tool to possess). Most importantly, inner worthiness does, in fact, translate to outer richness. If you don’t have a healthy inner relationship, nothing on the external can really feel good.
My specialty is merging the creative and spiritual as one, giving permission to live a life that is sacred and intentionally designed. Creativity is a spiritual act and must be treated as such (meet Liberté). The Liberté way is one of co-creation — letting it mysteriously unfold, just like life itself. When in Liberté’s company, you will be encouraged to walk a path of continuous prosperity and liberation — beginning from the inside out.
