MINDY FETZER
MOVEMENT EDUCATOR. YOGA & BREATHWORK TEACHER.
As a seasoned teacher, my main goal is to have you feel connected to the body and clear in the mind. I seek to share movement with electric generosity, clarity, and attention to detail. My background of training is in a variety of modalities — years spent in dance studios, on the yoga mat, and seated in meditation — which translates to a unique balance of moving with intention in both fluidity and strength.
Meditation in motion.
My teaching is here to awaken and empower you to find flow within intensity and power within stillness, on and off the mat. On the mat, I work to deliver magnetic experiences of yogic movement within the four pillars of 1. movement 2. breath 3. music 4. connection. My teaching (to groups and privately) is physical, yet soft. Dynamic and still. In the partnership of sound, yogic philosophy, and mindful practices, there is a freedom to breathe and move in partnership together. A partnership to the connection to self.
At the forefront of my teaching, I give a permission to slow down, pause, and connect to what matters — breath, body, and yourself.
