  • WHAT IS THE PRACTICE SPACE?

    A space to honor being human and explore what’s enough.

    The Practice Space is an interactive and explorative gathering to hear and be heard. To see and be seen. It’s a space that gives permission to own and listen to the truth while exploring new versions of self. In The Practice Space, we receive — we do not need to fix, manage, or do anything.

    We use language to guide us into deeper feelings of worthiness while learning how to be more authentic in self-relationship and team-relationship. We use language as the guiding light to support making our way through the in-between spaces and places that deepen our connection our self-worth, our big dreams, and who we are evolving into as creatives, visionaries, and leaders.

    It’s rare to know how to navigate (and communicate) truthful living. We were never taught. Yet, to find freedom within the sum of all of our parts, it’s par for the course of the human experience.

    So we practice.

    We learn. We try.

    We embrace the mess of self-expansion and co-existence with one another.

  • HOW THE PRACTICE SPACE FLOWS

    Connect. Receive. Create. Evolve.

    ARRIVE

    Settle into the space. Shake off any lingering thoughts, to-dos, and future worries. Clear what needs to be cleared. Invite in what you may wish to receive. We’ll set an intention for the gathering, lay some ground rules, and land in our bodies. Presence is what we’re going for.

    LISTEN

    10 minutes (yes, 10 minutes) of guided meditation. Attune to what you hear. Begin to befriend the discomfort of silence.

    SPEAK

    Guided conversations getting to the heart of how we’re feeling. Asking ‘how are you and how are you…really?’ Practice speaking what’s true and listening without having to give advice, interrupt, or manage the conversation.

    RECEIVE

    Reflective prompts to fill the well of worthiness and personal self-sovereignty. Covering a central topic relating to ‘enoughness’, receive new perspectives and guidance from Mindy, interwoven with slices of self-reflection, discovery, and group co-creation.

    DEFINE

    Put meanings to words in your own language. Threaded back to the topic at hand, you’ll discover what’s true for you, in your own words, with your own voice, and on your own terms. Create and declare what makes you feel whole, complete, and uniquely you (and what doesn’t).

    GIVE

    Make a commitment to add more joy and freedom into your life. Get clear on what you may need more of (and less of) and what you value (and what you don’t). Give yourself exactly what you need to live a life of fulfillment.
