Hi there — I’m Mindy. 

I’m a Los Angeles based life coach, movement instructor and leadership facilitator. Hailing from the midwest and spending most of my adult years navigating the tough exterior of New York City, I’ve got a kind heart and strong backbone. (I find that understanding where we’ve been is vital in understanding who we are.) 

While my qualifications and certifications may interest you, I like to describe myself in my own words, embracing all of my humanness. Just like you, I am more than one thing and always have been. I’m also a big believer in swapping stories vs checking boxes. Storytelling is at the root of connection.

For over a decade, I have chameleoned my way through many different creative industries. From a  (brief) professional dancing stint to producing fashion weeks events, I have pivoted and transitioned more times than I can count. I have led communication initiatives for emerging fashion brands and created partnerships with some of the brightest thought-leaders in the wellness industry. Through all of the shifts, one thing is for certain: I have always listened to my curious mind and adventurous spirit. More importantly, I have learned to fail fast and embrace the mess of change. 

Now, I’m invested in supporting creative entrepreneurs, founders and teams through the intersection of mindset work, yogic philosophy + practice and meditation. My main focus is to tap into both the mind and body and give permission to pause, reflect inward, and dive into the depth of the human experience. I lead with my heart, share with vulnerability and speak with honesty. My sweet spot is the collision of emotional resiliency, discovery of values, alignment to vision and goals (but in a sexy way) and creative problem-solving.
